What's in a Word?
I have been admonished to deliver this word today. I knew it was important when I received it again on Sunday. So much so that I preached on "What's in a Word" at chapel services this weekend (Psalm 119; 2 Timothy 3:16-17). Without posting a transcript, here are some highlights.

Word of the Day- CLAY
The Bible describes God as the Potter and we are the clay. This description gives definitive responsibility and role to our relationship with God. Thanks to "Pottery Crafters", I have learned that there are eight stages of clay. If that be true, what stage are you?
Take the Next Step
Which of these three things do you feel like trips you up the most? I know that all of them have tripped me up at some point but the one I struggle with the most is celebrating my accomplishments. My personality as a helper (yes, Enneagram 2 for those interested) often pushes up against my ability to focus on myself. However, this weekend after completing a fitness goal, I realized that to reach any goal requires us to enact these three components: Set a Goal, Be Flexible and Celebrate the Accomplishment.
