About Us

Focus & Vision Ministries was founded and is led by Michael A. Rivera Jr. Michael has held multiple leadership, management, and advisement positions throughout his career. He has served in the military and in ministry for over 25 years. His academic highlights include a Bachelor of General Studies in Technology, Leadership, and Management from Roger Williams University, a Master's of Divinity from Luther Seminary, and Board Certification as a Chaplain. He currently serves as a chaplain in the Army National Guard, a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Supervisor, Director of CPE, and Civilian Chaplain Endorser. Additionally, he is a coach, mentor, and advisor to chaplains around the world. Michael and his wife Katie have been married for 19 years and have two children, Michael III (Tre) (age 13) and Esther (age 12).
