I have wanted to help people for as long as I can remember. Going to college for Music Therapy and later Counseling showed me that in order to help others I had to help myself. I immersed myself in a healing process that was challenging but rewarding - one that has led me here today! I am passionate about equipping people to thrive through my Free to Be coaching and counseling process so that everyone can live the life they were created for.
